3. Prepaid Orders Only (No COD)

• PaachiByRJ operates strictly on PREPAID ONLY.

• We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery under any circumstances.

• Orders are processed only after successful online payment.

4. Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered email/WhatsApp.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Payment failure

• Incorrect information

• Product unavailability

• Technical issues

If an order is cancelled from our side, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Unboxing video mandatory

• Customer pays return courier charges

• No return/exchange without video

• No returns for used/damaged/missing items

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product delivered

• Missing product

Unboxing video within 24 hours is mandatory.

Without it → no exchange.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

• After 1 hour, orders cannot be cancelled as processing begins.

• Delivery failure due to incorrect information is the customer’s responsibility.
