Refund policy

PaachiByRJ accepts returns within 7 days, but all return courier charges must be paid by the customer.

We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders are PREPAID ONLY.

Unboxing video is mandatory for every return or exchange request.

1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory (No Video = No Return/Exchange)

To raise a return or exchange request, you must share a continuous unboxing video showing:

• Sealed parcel

• Opening the package

• Item clearly visible

• Any defect clearly shown (if applicable)

• No cuts, no pauses, no edits

No unboxing video = No return, No exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

• Product doesn’t meet your expectations

• Product is unused, unworn, and undamaged

• Original packaging, tags, pouches are intact

• Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• Valid unboxing video is provided

3. Customer Pays Return Courier Charges

• Customer must courier the product back after approval

• All courier charges are paid by the customer directly

• We do NOT provide reverse pickup

• Customer must share tracking ID

• PaachiByRJ is not responsible for shipments lost due to poor courier choice

4. Refund Process (Prepaid Only)

Since PaachiByRJ is 100% prepaid, refunds are simple:

• Refund is initiated after we receive and inspect the product

• No deductions (except if product is damaged/missing parts)

• Courier charges are NOT reimbursed

• Refund is credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Used or worn jewellery

• Missing packaging / missing tag items

• Items damaged by customer

• Sale / discounted items

• Customised items

• No unboxing video provided

• Return requests after 7 days

6. Exchange Policy (Only for Wrong/Damaged Product)

Exchanges are allowed only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product delivered

• Item missing from the parcel

Unboxing video within 24 hours is compulsory.

Without video → exchange will not be processed.

Replacement will be shipped free of cost.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour

• After that, cancellation is not possible
