At PaachiByRJ, we ensure fast, safe and reliable delivery of all orders.
All orders are PREPAID ONLY — we do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day
• We do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays
During sales or high-order periods, processing may take an extra 1 day.

2. Shipping Time
We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
Estimated delivery time:
• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Non-metro cities: 4–7 working days
• Remote areas: 6–9 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to festivals, courier delays, weather, or operational issues.

4. Prepaid Only (No COD)
To maintain security, faster delivery and reduce RTO losses:
• We do NOT accept COD orders
• All orders must be paid online while checking out

5. Tracking Your Order
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
• You can track your parcel in real-time
• Tracking may take 12–24 hours to activate after dispatch

6. Delivery Attempts
The courier will make two delivery attempts.
If the customer is unreachable or address is incorrect:
• The parcel will be returned to us
• Reshipping charges will apply for dispatching it again
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

7. Package Not Received / Marked Delivered
If the courier marks your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
• Report it within 24 hours
• We will raise a complaint with the courier
• Investigation may take 5–7 working days
We are not responsible for theft or parcels collected by someone at your address.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• You must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours
• Without video, we cannot help
• If approved, a replacement will be arranged free of cost
